Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confidence-driven Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic care across multiple Dakota’s studios. This full-time, travel-based role supports Fargo, Grand Forks, Sioux Falls and Sioux City with baseline $70K+ plus monthly incentives, and benefits including travel support and paid training.

You'll rotate across studios, ensuring a consistent guest experience, while collaborating on sales, documentation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota and South Dakota preferred.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Willing to travel between studios in the assigned area.
• Confident, professional presence with guests and teammates.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfort with EMR platforms and aesthetic treatment technology.
• Self-motivated, adaptable with clinical responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Bring consistency to every studio you visit, ensuring a uniform Chapter experience.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.
