Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Manager for Kenosha, WI. This role oversees distribution, warehousing, packaging and transport, driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

You will manage budgets, P&L, and staffing to meet customer and company objectives, with a focus on Lean practices and cross-functional leadership. Competitive salary and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume distribution/3PL environment.
• Experience with high-volume e-commerce operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, WMS, and metrics tools.
• Experience with ADP platforms (WorkForce Now/WorkForce Manager) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to meet customer expectations.
• Develop short- and long-term goals to improve organizational performance.
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation operations.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts including value, service, profitability.
• Ensure safety of associates, equipment, and property.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage budget and P&L for operations.
• Plan staffing, labor costs, overtime, and retention.
