Job summary

Ellwood Texas Forge Houston is seeking a Utility Operator to work across multiple departments and shifts, performing heavy material handling and operating saws, grinders, and related equipment.

You’ll be part of a safety-conscious team, with opportunities to learn and grow, including potential involvement in forging, heat treat, and processing activities while meeting production standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe material handling using overhead cranes and wheeled equipment.
• Operate grinder to remove defects from material as required.
• Operate saws to cut, slot, and trim work pieces per specifications.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.
