Job summary

Easypak is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Reding, PA production facility on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. You will be accountable for all aspects of assigned production lines, including safety, quality and productivity, and you will read gauges and instructions to ensure the manufacture of quality parts.

You must complete an Operator Training Program and maintain GMP compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and data recording.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Successful completion of Operator Training Program with demonstrated comprehension and performance.
• Read and comprehend instructions for gauges and instruments.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of assigned production lines including safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate the work of Packers to ensure smooth, safe and productive results.
• Identify out-of-spec product and place on hold; complete quality checks and record data.
• Prepare and load raw materials; monitor silicone bath; make machine adjustments as trained.
• Assist in training new Operators and support continuous improvement efforts.
