Job summary

The Krusteaz Company is hiring at multiple shifts to support large-volume production of dry food mixes. Compensation starts at $25.19 per hour with swing and 12-hour night differentials, plus potential 60-day raises and quarterly bonuses based on safety and quality metrics.

The role requires manual material handling, inventory input, equipment operation (forklifts/pallet jacks), and adherence to GMP and safety standards. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely in a production environment.
• Basic computer literacy and use of handheld devices for inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for blending, including weighing and measuring.
• Input inventory transactions using handheld devices or computer systems.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the plant.
• Monitor product quality and sanitation per GMP guidelines.
• Complete documentation for receiving, inventory and safety records.
• Work overtime as needed and follow shift schedules.
