Job summary

Warmerdam Packing, LP in California is seeking an Agricultural Farm Supervisor to oversee farming operations across multiple ranches. You will supervise Crew Bosses and field employees, coordinate labor, irrigation, and crop production activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and production goals.

The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of tree fruit farming, and experience in planning harvest activities, labor scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Pomology, Plant Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of commercial farming experience.
• Minimum three (3) years supervising agricultural employees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid California Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Crew Bosses across multiple ranches and field crews.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee pruning, training, irrigation, harvest and related activities.
• Monitor labor allocation, productivity, time records and payroll reporting.
• Coordinate with Irrigation, Agronomy and Shop to ensure equipment and inputs are available.
• Lead safety inspections, tailgate meetings and PPE compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, Heat Illness Prevention, IIPP and company policies.
