Job summary

Public Storage in Woodstock, GA is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to service multiple properties. You will perform general maintenance, clean inside and outside facilities, and assist with landscaping and grounds upkeep. Candidates must be physically capable, able to lift up to 35 pounds, and willing to travel between sites.

A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required. Hours are 8:00 am–8:00 pm, with weekends and holidays possible.

Qualifications

Ability to perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning, basic repairs, and landscaping.
Requires ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential.
Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and shift work.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of property grounds inside and outside.
Provide general maintenance such as mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, light painting, and landscaping.
Clean vacated units.
Dispose of abandoned goods as directed.
Clean and maintain restrooms.
Move merchandise, office furniture, equipment and other materials as needed.
Report maintenance needs, safety concerns and any equipment failures to the Property Manager or District Manager.
Be able to drive and work at multiple properties during the workday as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
