Harbor Group Management is seeking a Multi-site Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy across a multifamily portfolio. You will show apartments, process applications, coordinate marketing efforts, and support the Property Manager to ensure a high-quality resident experience and strong financial performance.

The role requires leasing or sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software; weekend flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and onboarding for new residents.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote on digital platforms (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
• Coordinate referrals, employer outreach, and local networking.
• Keep up-to-date on market conditions, rates, and trends.
• Support resident retention with excellent service and timely responses.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts; support admin tasks.
