Job summary

HBW Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from bidding through closeout. You will coordinate estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, budgeting and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, preparing cost projections, developing schedules, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance with codes and regulations while delivering exceptional customer value.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, and contracts.
• Strong communication, problem solving, financial and leadership skills.
• Must have a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3–4 HBW Construction projects concurrently to ensure quality and schedule.
• Develop bids with estimating staff and review subcontractor bids for completeness.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and material orders; track progress and changes.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure closeout and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project finances, cost projections, and collections as needed.
