Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operations, team performance, and business results.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing hands-on presence with strategic oversight to drive client outcomes and revenue growth while maintaining office readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams in retail/service/operations.
• Proven client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and labor.
• Willingness to travel frequently within day trips.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and drive improvements across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue growth.
• Travel between offices to maintain presence.
