Qualifications

• 1+ years manufacturing or equipment operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret machine parameters.
• Follow SOP and maintain accurate records.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot/wet environments.
• Basic English; bilingual preferred.
• Experience with koji machines, fermenters, pressing systems, filters, steam cookers, filling lines preferred.
• Experience with CIP systems preferred.
• GMP / HACCP / BRC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate production equipment across multiple process areas.
• Rotate between Koji Making, Fermentation, and Pressing modules after training.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, speeds, and weights on displays.
• Complete logs for production, sanitation, and deviations.
• Perform CIP, chemical preparation, and sanitation checklists.
