Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist for the Diagnostic Imaging department at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. This PRN role requires proficiency in two or more imaging modalities and relevant ARRT credentials, with potential call coverage.

The position entails rotating among Radiology, CT, interventional procedures, or Mammography while maintaining mandatory education and health requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in another imaging modality.
• 1–2 years customer service experience.
• ARRT radiography or equivalent required; CT, breast sonography or VI credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate two or more diagnostic imaging modalities.
• Share scheduled hours across imaging areas (Radiology, CT, interventional or Mammography).
• May participate in taking calls for one or more areas.
• Comply with mandatory education and health requirements.

Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Multi-Modality Technologist to our Diagnostic Imaging department at the Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL.

This is a PRN position.

Multi-Modality Technologist Responsibilities

• Candidate is trained and competent in two or more diagnostic imaging modalities.
• Candidate agrees to work part of their scheduled hours in each area.
• Areas of competence must include Radiology, plus CT, interventional procedures, or Mammography.
• May be required to participate in taking calls for either or both areas.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years Experience in one other imaging modality
• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience

• Vocational School
• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required Or
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography ARRT (CT) Required Or
• Registered Technologist in Breast Sonography - ARRT Or
• Registered Technologist in Vascular-Interventional Radiography ARRT (VI) - ARRT Or
• Licensed Medical Imaging Technologist - ARRT Or
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required Or
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

This Multi-Modality Technologist will be located at the Baptist Nassau.
