UofL Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging across Radiography, CT, MR, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA or Ultrasound in accordance with established practices and required certifications.
Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, explaining procedures, acquiring quality diagnostic images, maintaining PACS and EMR records, adhering to safety standards, and upholding regulatory licensure and ARRT certification requirements.

Performs a minimum of 3 of the following imaging modalities, Radiography, CT, MR, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA, or Ultrasound in accordance with established practices and procedures based on required certifications. Responsible for acquiring quality diagnostic imaging exams, providing direct patient care, obtaining patient history, explaining routine procedures and addressing patient concerns. Responsible for maintaining images in PACS system and appropriate use of the EMR.
Education / Accreditation / Licensure: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in 2 pathways not including Radiography (R). State of Kentucky License required BLS within 30 days of employment.
Previous experience in additional pathways preferred but not essential for all positions.
