Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs a minimum of three imaging modalities (e.g., Radiography, CT, MR, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA, Ultrasound) per established protocols.
• Obtains patient history and explains routine procedures while addressing questions.
• Maintains/organizes images in PACS and utilizes EMR per department standards.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, and adherence to National Patient Safety goals.
• Supports quality assurance activities and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for acquiring quality diagnostic imaging exams, providing direct patient care, obtaining patient history, explaining routine procedures and addressing patient concerns.
