What You'll Do

• Perform core imaging: conduct radiographic and CT exams with precision, ensuring optimal patient positioning and the lowest possible radiation dose.
• Support diagnostics: provide radiologists with comprehensive patient histories and optimal images for accurate diagnoses.
• Ensure safety & quality: master contrast material procedures, including consent, IV starts (with nursing), and appropriate reaction protocols. Contribute to department quality control and maintain state/federal accreditation standards.
• Patient-centered care: prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout their exam, from transport to completion.
• Operational excellence: manage image processing, proper coding, scheduling, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Team collaboration: share on-call duties, weekends, and holidays, fostering a supportive and flexible team environment.
