Job summary

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist at Ohio State University will perform DR plain film x-ray and multiple modalities (MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI) across imaging sites including University Hospital, The James Cancer Hospital, and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging.

Under supervision of the Imaging Manager/Associate Director, the technologist will provide patient education and quality assurance activities for the Imaging Division, with responsibilities that may be performed at any imaging site.

Qualifications

• Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required.
• Current Radiography ODH licensure required.
• Minimum of one year experience in at least 2 advanced modalities (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) or current advanced certifications (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform DR plain film x-ray and two or more advanced modalities (MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI) as assigned.
• Provide patient education and contribute to quality assessment activities for the Imaging Division.
• Support imaging across multiple locations including University Hospital, East Hospital, The James Cancer Hospital, and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging sites.
