Location: US:WI:MANITOWOC at our Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital facility.
This job is ON-SITE.
Position includes a Sign-On Bonus of $10K!
FTE: 0.81 (32.40 hours)
Shift: Shift 2, 4 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
On-Call weeknights (10:30 pm - 7:00 am), weekends, and holidays (24 hours/day) to support on-site staff.
Rotation with other technologists, typically one weeknight and every fourth weekend, subject to variation.
Under the supervision of a radiologist or other healthcare providers, prepares patients, performs imaging procedures, and operates imaging equipment. Conducts diagnostic studies following established guidelines and protocols, utilizing appropriate radiation safety measures. Maintains organizational customer service standards and supports excellence initiatives. Communicates effectively with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as needed. Currently working in two or more modalities and meeting advanced certification requirements: Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X-ray, and Mammography. Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred: One year of current clinical experience in each modality.
Required: Completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program post-high school.
Preferred: 1-2 years of college/university coursework or an undergraduate healthcare degree.
Required: ARRT registration and current Wisconsin Radiographer license.
Must obtain ARRT registration in CT, Mammography, or Bone Densitometry within 18 months of hire. CT certification is required for this position.
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
