Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora seeks a skilled radiologic technologist to operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, mammography, and nuclear medicine equipment. The role supports department goals and delivers high-quality imaging across modalities with emphasis on patient safety.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in radiologic technology, ARRT certification, and a current state RT license, with CT/MRI or mammography involvement preferred. A multi-modality capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology is required.
• Three modalities must be performed regularly (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography).
• CPR/BLS certification required and ARRT certification required.
• State RT licensure and ARRT radiography certification are required.
• Current modality certification with ability to perform at least one other advanced modality is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic, mammographic, CT and/or ultrasound equipment as trained.
• Safely transport patients and test crash cart and defibrillator functionality.
• Prepare contrast agents for imaging procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
