Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a radiologic technologist to operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment. The role supports departmental objectives and ensures high-quality imaging services across multiple modalities.

The candidate will perform at least three modalities regularly, with emphasis on patient safety and accurate image acquisition. Required credentials include ARRT certification and RT licensure in the state of practice, along with CPR/BLS and

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Master's Degree preferred
• Three years' technical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic, mammographic, CT, ultrasound and/or MRI examinations as appropriate
• Safely transports and transfers patients and prepares contrast agents
• Maintains equipment safety checks and ensures compliance with licensing standards
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the imaging department
