Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital is seeking a qualified Multi-Modality Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across more than one modality with independence and initiative in the Imaging Department.

The role requires a Florida Radiology Technologist license, AMA approved radiology training, and BLS certification, with ARRT registration as applicable. Join a team delivering high-quality patient care in a 295-bed hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal radiological training in an AMA approved school.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, required.
• Current Florida Radiology Technologist license, if required by state.
• 1 year clinical experience in x-ray, preferred.
• Registered by and in good standing with the ARRT in specialized modality- dependent on position.
• 6 months clinical experience for additional modality, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in more than one modality.
• Work with minimal supervision and apply independent judgement.
• Demonstrate service excellence in all interactions.
• Collaborate with imaging department leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
