Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across more than one modality with minimal supervision. The role requires independent judgment and a focus on service excellence in a busy imaging department.

Qualified candidates will have AMA‑approved radiological training, Florida licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (where required), BLS certification, and ARRT registration in the applicable modality. Prior modality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of radiological training in an AMA approved school.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, required.
• Current Florida Radiology Technologist license, if required by state.
• 1 year clinical experience in x-ray, preferred.
• Registered by and in good standing with the ARRT in specialized modality- dependent on position.
• 6 months clinical experience for additional modality, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures with skill and without constant supervision in more than one modality.
• Uses independent judgment and initiative at a technical level.
• Demonstrates service excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
