Job summary

Riverside Health System in Smithfield, Virginia is seeking a Multi-Modality CT Technologist to perform CT and diagnostic exams as requested by physicians. Responsibilities include patient prep, explaining procedures, IV insertions, contrast injections, and thorough documentation.

The role requires ARRT Radiology and CT credentials, CPR/BLS, and call/weekend coverage with rotating 4x10-hour shifts. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered along with incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Experience CT experience (Preferred).
• ARRT Radiology (R) Upon Hire (Required).
• ARRT CT (CT) Upon Hire (Required).
• CPR/BLS Certification - AHA/ARC/ISA Upon Hire (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists in performing CT imaging procedures and select proper protocol.
• Maintain safety and quality; follow ALARA; document processes and care.
• Prepare equipment, instrumentation and supplies; monitor inventory to avoid interruptions.
