Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Mulit-Modality Technologist to support MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and diagnostic imaging. The role requires graduation from an AMA approved school and ARRT/BLS credentials, with a Sat/Sun/Mon 7:00–19:30 shift and a $15K sign-on bonus.

Two years of imaging experience are preferred. Duties include exam performance, QC, post-processing, contrast administration, and collaboration with radiologists to ensure safe, accurate imaging and timely

Qualifications

• Graduate from AMA approved school.
• BLS certification must be current upon hire.
• ARRT radiography licensing per Texas Medical Board (MRI excluded) upon hire.
• ARRT-CT/MR/mammography/breast sonography licenses available upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy and protocol suitability; screen for allergies and contraindications.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain history; discuss with radiologist as needed.
• Administer contrast and monitor for adverse reactions; assist physicians during exams.
• Perform QC testing and archiving of images; support accreditation requirements.
• Post-process imaging data and assist with workflow; ensure proper labeling and ID.
• Coordinate with radiologists and staff to optimize scheduling and patient care.
