The role partners with Dispatch, Safety, Fleet, Sales, and Terminal Operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective service with frequent travel to terminals.

The ideal candidate will lead driver and operational teams, develop KPI dashboards, and drive continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation, fleet, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience leading drivers or transportation teams.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transportation operations across markets.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Safety, Fleet, Sales, and Terminal Ops.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to drive efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coach Terminal Managers and field teams for continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with fuel terminals, carriers, and customers.
