Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Web Operator to operate finishing equipment and manage production runs in a fast-paced environment. You will adjust settings, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion of tasks on assigned shifts.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow specifications, and basic math skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior print finishing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate finishing equipment and perform quality checks.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to follow specifications.
• Two years in fast-paced print finishing preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks as specified, accurately and timely.
• Perform documented quality checks on products.
• Maintain machine output quality and daily production volume on shifts.
• Keep work area neat and safe for a professional environment.
• Operate both the flatbed cutter and 3 knife trimmer.
• Run and assist with laminator and die-cutter.
• Replace consumables to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate production runs with Production Lead.
