Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure that only quality products are packaged and that productivity goals are met, while following safe practices and company procedures.

You will operate 2 to 3 machines on the production floor, inspect every part for conformance, wrap and pack as per SOP, and promptly alert supervision about any non-conforming parts.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring a HS diploma or GED.
• Must communicate effectively with other departments.
• Willingness to follow WI/SOP and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2 to 3 production machines as assigned.
• Inspect every part for quality against WI.
• Punch in/out within shift times and adhere to break schedules.
• Wrap and pack per SOP and WI.
• Report any non-conforming parts to supervisor.
• Support pack-out as per SOP and WI.
