Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Five years minimum terminal or terminal-related experience desired, but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment physical examination and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Store, transfer, and transload liquid cargos including sulphur, asphalt, chemicals, and lube oil.
• Operate across storage tanks, barges, rail cars, and tank trucks at multiple locations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance.
• Conduct pre-transfer inspections.
• Collect samples for lab analysis.
• Monitor product levels and condition.
• Perform general housekeeping at the terminal.
• Provide maintenance for boiler room and offices.
• Check steamlines, cargo lines, and tanks.
• Groundskeeping and facility cleanup (grass, snow).
• Provide security for the facility.
• Carry out duties as directed by management.
