Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between properties.
• Able to work independently at multiple locations and move between indoor/outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Inspect daily storage units to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and deposit cash as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
