Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications.
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, or video editing tools.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms.
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Develop content highlighting employees, customers, community, culture, and accomplishments.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across locations and platforms.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and community activities.
• Attend events to capture photos, videos, and content.
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts.
• Monitor engagement and performance; recommend improvements.
• Track results and look for ways to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to support marketing goals.
• Stay current with trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
