Job summary

Six Flags St. Louis is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee several merchandise locations within the park, delegate tasks, train leads, and maintain clean, efficient stands.

You will ensure guest satisfaction and enforce park policies while managing day-to-day retail operations across locations. Ideal candidates will be 16+ years old, able to work outdoors in varying weather, and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16.
• Ability to work outdoors or in extreme temperatures.
• Professional, self-motivated with multitasking ability.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey product needs to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple merchandise locations throughout the park.
• Assist leads with operations, stock, and shop upkeep.
• Communicate schedules and breaks; adjust staff to attendance.
• Ensure safety and efficiency via daily stands inspections.
• Manage inventory control and UPC accuracy in coordination with leads.
• Train and develop Retail Leads.
• Support management with special tasks as needed.
• Ensure park standards of Quality, Cleanliness, Service, and Growth are met.
• Promote guest service and Six Flags brand knowledge.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain high service levels.
• Assist in training, motivating, and coaching staff daily.
• Follow all policies and dress code; maintain attendance and timeliness.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift and carry up to 30lbs.
