Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is hiring for a motivated sales/customer service role in a vibrant salon environment. You will meet sales goals, educate customers on tanning practices and retail items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space.

This entry-level position emphasizes training, teamwork, and personal growth within a professional setting. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with a guaranteed commission structure and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Site Sales And Job Trainings.
