Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic, entry-level sales staff at our Riverside location to promote tanning services and products. You will learn sales techniques, assist customers, and help maintain a clean salon while meeting daily targets.

Competitive compensation includes starting pay plus commissions, a monthly store bonus, and opportunities for training, growth, and advancement in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users
