ProActive Physical Therapy Centers, PLLC is seeking a District Manager of Physical Therapy to lead multiple outpatient clinics in Pasadena and Pearland, TX. The role blends hands-on clinical leadership with operational oversight and team mentorship.

The ideal candidate will have a DPT with Texas licensure, 3+ years in outpatient settings, prior leadership experience, and strong communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• DPT in Physical Therapy and valid Texas license.
• Minimum 3 years outpatient clinical experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
