Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in New Jersey. You will work across multiple locations with a mix of indoor and outdoor duties, assess customer storage needs, and help customers select packing supplies.

Daily tasks include inspections, cash handling, and assisting with payments and collections. The role offers flexible, full-time schedules with opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package upon meeting hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or restaurants.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
