Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Valid driver's license required and own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make storage recommendations.
• Sell packing and moving supplies to customers.
• Inspect storage units daily and ensure availability.
• Audit cash drawers and conduct bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and delinquency reminders as needed.
