Job summary
M Crowd Restaurant Group is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help support our restaurants across the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. In this hands‑on role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs across multiple restaurant locations.
From carpentry, tile, and drywall work to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration maintenance, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations and delivering a great experience for both guests
Qualifications
- 2+ years of handyman or maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of tile, drywall, and painting experience.
- HVAC/refrigeration certification or hands-on experience.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read plans, diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.
- Comfortable with hand and power tools.
- Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and HVAC/refrigeration repairs.
- Repair drywall, tile, painting, and trim.
- Install and repair restroom fixtures and flooring.
- Handle work orders across multiple locations in the DFW area.
- Track expenses and log repair purchases.
