Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals for on-site sales roles. You will meet sales targets daily and weekly while educating customers on tanning safety and product options.

Training is provided, including entry-level sales and leadership tracks, with a supportive team atmosphere. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with additional commissions on product, package, upgrades, and memberships, plus a $75 monthly store bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Guide first-time customers on using tanning equipment.

Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
