Job summary

Doug McCann State Farm in Wasilla is seeking a Multiline Representative to help customers protect what matters most. You will assist in building relationships across insurance products, deliver exceptional service, and support daily office operations from the Anchorage office address at 5484 Taku Drive.

Ideal candidates are calm, organized, and capable of turning needs-based conversations into confident buying decisions that benefit customers.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities
