Tonya Springer - State Farm Agent in Wausau, WI is seeking a personable and organized team member to join our agency. You will communicate with customers, build relationships across product lines, and support daily office operations.

I opened my agency on 1/1/2026 and we’ve already built a strong team of five who are excited about growing together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in retirement services and leadership — which shaped my passion for helping people plan ahead, protect what matters, and feel confident about their future.

I have a degree in Education and I’m also a proud parent of eight, so supporting families and building a positive, encouraging environment comes naturally. Giving back is important to our agency as well, and we love staying connected to the community by supporting local schools.
