Adam Chamorro - State Farm Agent in Germantown, WI is seeking an outgoing, personable team member to join a growing agency. You will help customers understand products, build relationships, and support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and training to obtain state insurance licenses and licenses reimbursed; prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

About our Agency

I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and was also a bartender, experiences that helped me develop strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. I attended the University of Chicago and enjoy traveling whenever I have the chance.
