The Sumbo State Farm Agency in Marietta, GA is seeking a Multiline Representative to help customers protect auto, home, life and health insurance.

You will prospect new opportunities through referrals and community activities, develop relationships, and guide customers with clear needs-based conversations to recommend suitable plans and services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand insurance needs and services across auto, home, life and health.
• Prospect new customers through referrals, marketing activities, internet leads, direct mail, outbound calling, and other approved sources.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in approved networking and community activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals.
