Job summary

Matt Escobar State Farm is seeking a Multiline Representative to help protect what matters most for families in the Chesterfield area. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and provide information across multiple product lines while building trusted relationships.

You will support daily office operations, participate in local marketing efforts, and maintain accurate records to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
