Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a motivated Extrusion Operator in Bristol, TN. You will set up and run at least six extrusion lines, monitor quality, and maintain safe operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience. You will perform tooling changes, die cleaning, and data entry while keeping a clean, organized workspace and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a minimum of six extrusion lines.
• Monitor extrusion rates, color, and profile configuration.
• Perform tooling changeovers and die cleaning.
• Inspect products and ensure quality standards.
• Input production data into the acquisition system.
