Job summary

Grant Thompson - State Farm Agent is seeking a proactive Multiline Manager to support customers across multiple product lines and drive growth through outreach and relationship management.

You will coordinate daily operations, review insurance and financial service options, and partner with the team to deliver personalized plans that meet client needs. This is a remote role based in Texas.

Growing agency looking for sales talent. There is a heavy emphasis on marketing and growth and we are looking for someone who wants to match that mentality. You will need to be licensed to sell insurance in Texas. Its preferred you have it but not required. We can help you get the two licenses if needed. You must be willing to sell multiple lines and connect with the customers. We are looking to grow actual partnerships. Lots of things can be negotiated, but consistency is not one of them.
