Job summary

Don Bass - State Farm Agent in Richland, MS seeks a Multiline Representative to assist clients with protecting what matters most. You will communicate with customers to understand needs and provide available product information, while developing relationships across multiple product lines.

You will also support daily office operations, participate in community marketing efforts, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
