Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Multi-Line Claims Examiner to handle claims across General Liability, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Commercial Auto. Based in Irving, TX, you will review policies, investigate, and coordinate with defense counsel and adjusters to resolve complex exposures.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of claims experience, an active adjuster license, and a proven ability to manage 100-125 claims.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of coverage review and claims handling
• Investigation of statements, records, and experts
• Negotiation and settlement with claimants and counsel

Responsibilities

• Review policy conditions and endorsements to resolve coverage issues
• Prepare reservation of rights letters and disclaimers
• Evaluate reserves to reflect exposure
• Conduct investigations and obtain evidentiary materials
• Document and report activities
• Negotiate settlements with parties including mediations or court actions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with defense counsel
• Identify risk transfer opportunities
