Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is fully protected.
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to expand our reach in the Easton community.
Manage a diverse book of business, balancing the needs of home, auto, and life insurance clients.
Provide ongoing support to policyholders, acting as a reliable resource during claim processes or coverage changes.
Identify gaps in existing coverage and suggest meaningful additions that add real value to a family’s plan.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all regulatory compliance standards are met.
Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Valid Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License.
At least two years of experience in multi-line insurance sales.
Strong proficiency with insurance quoting software and agency management systems.
Excellent verbal communication skills for navigating complex policy discussions.
Demonstrated ability to build a client base from the ground up.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
