Responsibilities

The role of a Multi Imaging Technologist requires thorough knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and image quality. The technologist must communicate effectively with patients, explaining the nature of the exam and alleviating anxiety. They should demonstrate an understanding of patient positioning, imaging techniques, radiation safety, imaging equipment, infection control, and quality control techniques. Additionally, they must have the ability to supervise students providing patient care, treatment, and services as part of their training.
