Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in East Longmeadow, MA is seeking a Punching Operator for a Monday–Thursday shift (6:30am–5:00pm) with a willingness to train on night shift. You will operate several machines while maintaining 5S and TPM standards and collaborating with a small team.

You should be hands-on, able to troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to quality and production goals. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to train on night shift.
• Ability to operate multiple equipment pieces (furnace, butt welder, punch press).
• Excellent time management and teamwork.
• Strong understanding of 5S and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate multiple pieces of equipment including a horizontal furnace, butt welder, punch press.
