Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will lead multiple functional areas of manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Oversee Manufacturing Operations – Manage day-to-day machining, assembly, and sheet metal processes to ensure on-time production and quality standards.
  • Drive Performance & Cost Reduction – Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
  • Lead & Develop Teams – Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessments. Manage work assignments, salary decisions, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety – Maintain adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Optimize Processes – Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and workflow.
  • Collaborate Across Functions – Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to drive manufacturing excellence.
